Why does DH keep being sick?

He's 55, generally in good health but he keeps having random vomiting attacks.

The first time was after an Indian meal and he put it down to over eating. Felt fine again after being sick, but since then it's happened again several times, a couple of weeks apart.

Tonight, he got in from work, was fine, went for a shower and was violently sick, then fine again and ate dinner as normal.

Is this something he should be seeing a doctor about?. It always passes quickly and he doesn't feel ill before or after.

Reflux? But yes I would go to a Dr 🙂

Definitely go to the doctor!

This keeps happening to my nearly 6yo Sad I've been wondering if I should take him to the doctors

I think it's less worrying in a child. Not that it's necessarily worrying in a 55 year old, but needs to be checked out for sure.

Actually, now you mention it itsnotmyparty, it used to happen to DS1 about that age. It seemed to be if he got over hot.

Is he stressed/anxious?

Oohmegooliebird · 11/03/2020 19:27

Yes definitely needs checking out.

Dontsayyouloveme · 11/03/2020 20:50

Please get it checked out. Make sure the doctor considers everything including pancreas.
