I've started to have weird facial spasms these last few weeks; maybe twice per day. It's usually when I'm talking and I've put it down to being on mat leave for months then returning to work and non stop chatting! I've also started to forget some basic words. Again - I've got a baby, and am generally tired. Should I be more worried about these two things?
