Don't worry about a raised CA125 it's not a reliable diagnostic test (I take it you're worried about ovarian cancer) a raised level is usually just an indication Of inflammation which can be caused by endo, fibroids or just being in your period. Some women just have naturally raised levels and by no way means they have cancer. CA125 is usually used to track the effectiveness of cancer treatments and really shouldn't be used diagnostically, so please don't worry.

As rosie has said, CA125 can be raised by inflammation. It isn’t a good diagnostic indicator and does not mean you have ovarian cancer. The right thing to do is to fast track you on the two week pathway for investigation. This is standard procedure. I went through this five or so years ago. Had myself dead and buried all over nothing. No good saying try not to worry as you will but just try to hang on to the fact that it isn’t necessarily bad. 💐
