Pancreas problem on CT

Does anyone have any experience of a pancreas problem showing up on a general gastro CT scan? Including but not exclusively pancreatic cancer? What else could it be?
Any/all pancreas related experiences welcome please!

Don't have experience of this but what are they saying showed up? I think a CT scan can show up pancreatitis so may not be anything too serious.
