Strange feeling in legs - anyone had this?

all evening the front of my thighs have ached - feels like a pressing down sensation. It's not so much my inner thighs, just the front.

What is this? Anyone had this before?

I get this when I’m poorly. Legs aching are a key sign I need to take it easy or a bug is coming.
