Bloody hell - I looked in the mirror from the side & my stomach looks huge I could easily be mistaken for a pg lady.
I go to the gym regularly, eat quite sensibly but do drink too much wine. I'm trying to quit the booze at the mo.
I always have a huge stomach especially before my period. It's doing my nut in.
I have natural bio yogurt for breakfast which is supposed to help - does naff all for me.
Any suggestions? - please don't say to do sit-ups as I can't do them as they kill my back.
