Over the past week, it has been quite painful to walk. I am slim/fit but haven’t over exerted myself, if anything I have been less active than normal.
It started off as a persistent muscle ache in my left calf. Then the sole of my right foot randomly felt sore with a sharp shooting pain. It almost felt like like my right foot was being suffocated in a tight shoe, it was stiff and achy. Walking was definitely affected.
A few days later it suddenly progressed into difficulty just standing on Wednesday evening after I got home from work. The calf muscle pain was really intense, my left leg felt so weak - I had to hold onto a wall (etc) to move around. I couldn’t bear any weight on that leg - I didn’t even feel safe showering as I felt that unsteady. My right foot still hurt too. After a bath and sleep, I felt reasonably okay.
Right now my foot pain is quite mild but my left calf is very sore. Any advice would be appreciated. I was hoping this would get better in time but I’m worried I’ve made it worse with lots of walking
It’s quite difficult for me to rest my legs. I don’t drive so essentially walk/underground everywhere!
