how long can cocaine stay in the urine?

hi everyone new here.a close relative was using cocaine from december last year till may this year.it was very frequent like every second day and quite a lot i can imagine.now this person claims that has stopped using it completely since may so 3 months already.i bought a home drug test which tests for 9 common drugs.all was negative except cocaine,but he says that it is traces still left in the body.his behaviour is nothing like it was before when he was on coke.he is calm and happy and just normal so should i believe him and how can i find out if it's recent use or not,cause it does say on the internet that it can stay in the body for months even years.some advice will be helpful.

i believe it will show up in hair for months if that is analysed but that it will not still be in urine after a matter of days at most.....
if this is really important you should consider asking person to take a hair strand drug test.

I think it can be detected in hair for long but not sure about urine.

It only stays in your body for 3 days, the drug which is the longest is canabis which is 28-30 days.

Dp has been to rehab so knows the ins & outs.

Where did you get the tests from? how much did you pay?

i ordered them online paid 12.99 for 2.but it says on the internet that it depends on how long you were using it for and how much.i don't know what to believe

it stays for 3 days if you are using ocassionally but if you have taken it every single day for 6 months?

the longest time to clear says it was based on someone who used 112g a week, which would be 5600 quids worth of cocke, which i would assume your relative wouldnt be able to afford, so less than 2 weeks seems to be the answer

Sorry but i think people who take that much are probably rock stars who are super rich if anyone as it would be a very veyr expensive habit, if it has been 3 months since he has done any then it would not show so he must be lieing to you. I would leave it a week & test again.

yes i tend to agree, if he has said it has been 3m and he is still testing positive then he is using still, maybe less than before, but he is
