What is this rash that has suddenly appeared?

Just on my arms and legs. Not on torso, back etc. It’s like hundreds of small red bumps. It doesn’t itch much. Maybe a very small amount. I have no other symptoms apart from recovering from a pretty awful cold/ flu that knocked me sideways for about a fortnight. Feeling much better though... and now this!

Any ideas on what it is and if it is something that will pass or I should see a GP about?

Could be a viral rash.

Thanks @rewy In that case I guess just more of the same (e.g. plenty of fluids, rest etc) and hope it clears up soon. The other viral symptoms are definitely on their way out.
