Am I going deaf?

I constantly feel like I have a muffled hearing in one ear. I have tried cleaning it and warm oil and nothing helps I am now worrying.

Any advice or tips?

Is it worth booking a free hearing test at somewhere like Specsavers? If the results are abnormal they send them to your GP. It means the GP has somewhere to start.
