Lately (last few months) if I have had semi skimmed milk, yogurts, cream cheese, or a cream based sauce I have stomach aches afterwards .... sometimes it's worse than others. I switched to skimmed milk and it eased slightly.... now I've moved to soya and it hasn't happened untill last night when I made a sauce with milk (skimmed) and cream for dinner..... it doesnt happen if I have a hard cheese like cheddar or them cappuccino sachets that's contain powdered milk... and I've pretty much avoided yoghurts and cream cheese for around 2 Possibly 3 weeks...
Is it worth me mentioning this to my gp and getting tested or just self manage .. thanks in advance
