Dh has just undressed and seen this on his arm. It is flat and painless. It wasn't there this morning. Any ideas please?

Hi loveyoutothemoon thank you for replying. He doesn't have health conditions other than high blood pressure, which he takes medication for, and he is 73. It seems to be fading and we have been to the pharmacy, who said to get a blood test done, so we will do that. Thanks again.
