Is this a boil?

Hello. I have a lump on my ear which is suspect is a boil. Waiting on gp appointment but anyone have any ideas if it is?
I have a basal cell carcinoma lump near my eye which I'm waiting to be removed so hoping this isnt the same thing. Thank you

Looks more like a cyst but get your specialist or GP to see it ASAP

Hi Just out of interest what did this turn out to be? I have similar just inside my ear. Doctor suspect bcc l, awaiting surgery.

Looks like an infected sebaceous cyst but your pic isn’t in sharp focus….
