I have supper sensitive skin rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis.
How do you treat both I can’t wash my face with harsh shampoo.
Is there any gentler Treatments?

You can get nizoral cream as well as shampoo.
I find it more gentle than the shampoo.

How long do you leave it on for I do have the cream but found it a bit irritating.
I really don’t understand why there isn’t a proper treatment other than harsh shampoo designed for the scalp . It seems crazy in this day and age .

I put it on before bed and wash my face (with water only, or micellar water) the next evening.
I have the 2% cream, I think they do 1% too.

Now the shampoo is 1%, but it dries my skin terribly. I never use the shampoo. I think it makes it worse!
