I started taking letrozole (after 5 years of tamoxifen) last Sept but found it caused horrible joint pain. So in January my oncologist swapped me to anastrozole but it doesn't seem to have made any difference and I do seem to be much tireder.
I'm not really sure what the difference between the 2 are and just assume they have the same active ingredient.
Not really sure what I'm asking but has anyone had a similar experience and have any words of wisdom please.
