I have a feeling one is suitable from a younger age than the other, but not sure which.

Not sure what the diff is exactly, but I normally take cetirizine for allergies which is what's in piriteze, and was told by the doc when I got pg not to take that any more, and gave me chlorphenamine instead and said that's what piriton is. Maybe the cetirizine is a longer release one, as that was 1 a day, but I can take 3 chlorphenamine 3 x daily if I need it.
