I went to GP with symptoms: sore throat, hard to swallow, feels lik chewed meat not quite going down, on and off mild ear ache in left ear, polyp growing in mouth but does not hurt at alll,lost my voice/very hoarse for 2 months now and tired a lot. GP said suspected throat cancer will send me for test. Appointment came today for test on Friday 21st Feb. I know i shouldn't have but decided to google symptoms as test paperwork says tube going down through throat but to bowel. Google search of symptoms came up with very close match to cancer of larynx. So googled test for that and it says nasendoscomy and laryngoscopy with niopsy. Now panicked as to whether I am having correct test. Has anyone had any of these test and if so what were your symptoms or are there any medical people who might know anything about these tests. I'm feeling a bit scared.
