Gallbladder

I've been diagnosed with gallstones quite a long time ago and I'm waiting to have my gallbladder removed. I'm struggling with a few different symptoms and I'm being told that it's probably down to my gallbladder although further tests haven't been done. So can gallbladder issues cause stomach pain, nausea, shaking, chest pain, back pain and shoulder pain? The pain is in both sides but worse in the left side and is fairly consistent.

Gallbladder pain tends to radiate to the right shoulder and back in my personal experience.
I also couldn’t lay down - had to sleep propped up.

The only thing which gave me any relief was pears. I hope you get it out soon. It’s literally nasty when you start getting attacks

I've always had the pain in my right that comes and goes. This chest pain is pretty much constant so doesn't seem like a gallbladder attack.
