MRI small Bowel - query

Hi

Anyone who knows anything about these woudl you know which organ it sees apart from the bowel. My consultant said my uterus looks fine, would other organs been seen apart from bowel?

No, they focus on the small bowel.

Other organs are seen but with MRI, depending on what they're looking at, they have different protocols, angles, coverage etc.

IBS I really doubt any radiologist would dare to comment on any other structure in the field of view given that that organ wasn't being specifically targeted for imagining.

They might say 'within the limited scope of this examination, no other gross pathology was noted'.
