Do you crack your joints?

Bit of a weird one!

... I'm currently having to spend a lot of time on my laptop. When I sit up I can crack my shoulders and when I lie down on a flat surface, my whole back cracks!

I'm in my 20s (not sure if that's relevant!) - is this normal?! Do your joints crack?

I think most people have a clicky joint or two.

My knees 'need' to click if I've been driving for more than an hour, usually it's my right knee, so I guess from the angle it's at when I'm on the accelerator. It kind of throbs and locks up.

My back can get very clicky when at work as yours does, office based in front of a pc.

And I damaged the joint in my right shoulder at 16, so that clicks with all movement.

I'm late 20s if that helps.

Yes but I have hypermobility so not always a choice!

My knees crack involuntarily whenever I crouch.
