What is this on my breast?

This strange spot appeared on my breast last week and as I have breast implants which can increase cancer risk I am slightly terrified. I am only in my 20's so probably unlikely but just wondered if anyone recognised what it is before I go and get it checked out.

I'd get to a doctor when you can, although I'd be more worried about the bruise.

Is the dark bit smooth or a scab? It looks like a spot to me.

I have something that looks exactly the same. I was really a bit worried at first, but it looks like it's getting better. I think it is just a spot or ingrown hair, but I'm keeping an eye on it.
