Right external iliac node in CT

A ct scan has shown this in report. Appointment in 3 weeks. Any docs or imaging experts can give me some idea what it could mean. Your help is much appreciated as I am panicking a bit :(

It needs to be interpreted in the context of what the rest of the scan shows & what they were looking for in the first place. The best person to ask is the person that requested the test & has all the information to interpret it.
