I have a lump on my shoulder that appeared yesterday, at first I thought it was a spot and squeezed (probably shouldn’t have but it felt ‘full’) it’s really red today and painful.
I have had similar recently around my breast nipple area which I am also a little concerned about and trying to get my health cover sorted to go the doctors (not in Uk)
My shoulder feels really sore and just want to know my arms not going to fall off haha!
