Anyone got any idea what this could be, not too painful, unless I scratch it, then it burns.

That looks like cellulitis, an infection in the skin, which spreads rapidly! You need to get it checked out ASAP.

DS has similar, although much less red and angry.

In our case, it’s ringworm and is slowly improving with anti fungal cream.

Hard to see from your photo. Cellulitis is nasty, so don’t mess around and get it checked ASAP. Pharmacist will take an initial look if you have to wait to see the GP.

Have you tried all the usual- antihistamine cream and tablets? I would see a pharmacist today tbh if that doesn't help.

Hi, no its not hot to the touch, its same temp as rest of the leg.

Agree golfers rash. Doesn't look like cellulitis

Dont think it can be golfers, google says exercise causes it, I havnt done any exercise just walking, also says non itchy, this itches.
