Tinnitus

I've had tinnitus for as long as I can remember, over the last few years it's got a lot worse very loud high pitched ringing.

I'm late 30's now, does anyone else have it and if so has anything helped?

I had it for a while (roughly 2 years). For me it was b12 deficiency. I had other symptoms too because of which the doctor suspected deficiency. My levels were really low. Once I got the dose of 6 injections it got sorted.
