Eating normal food after wisdom teeth removal

I had 2 wisdom teeth taken out yesterday (under sedation, I can't recommend it highly enough...) and have been eating yoghurts, soup and mashed potato. I have no pain or swelling and am feeling fine.

Can anyone recommend when I can start eating food that might need some chewing? I have just eaten some very soft bread which I chewed with my teeth at the front, but I don't know what I am and am not allowed to do....

Thanks in advance!
