Help me.. UTI!

I'm pretty certain I have a uti, I have a dull ache a bit like period pain and a constant desperate urge to wee, burning sensation etc.

It's just constant, I'm tired and I want to go to sleep but I literally cannot get off the toilet. Please help me! Please tell me theres a magic cure!

I've taken some ibuprofen which has done fuck all, and some paracetamol which did help but it's still another 2 hrs to my next dose

Is there anything I can do to get some sleep?

I find sodium bicarb helps mixed with water or those sachets from the chemist. You need to call GP in the morning and get some antibiotics.

This is my first (and hopefully last!) UTI.

I'm such a wuss.

I know it seems counter intuitive but you need to drink lots and lots of water, if you have someone who can get out to a 24hr shop for you get some cranberry juice and cystitis relief medication over the counter and get an emergency appointment with your GP tomorrow.
For tonight you need to drink lots and lots of water.

Agree with @Bunkerlife - water water water until you can get medication. Cranberry juice if you have it.

I've been trykng to drink loads all evening. Thought I could flush it out but I was wrong lol.

DP is currently asleep but could get to the shops. I'll see how the bicarb works
