Hi
I am desperately looking for advice/help for my mum. She has fibromyalgia and at the moment is having a horrendous flare up 😢she is in total agony 24/7.....aches & pains, shivery, the list goes on.
Dr has given her various pain relief to try but nothing is touching the pain. Someone told her to try CBD oil, I have no idea about it or where to even start looking.
I was just wondering if anyone on here with fibro had tried it, if so does it help and can you recommend a brand?
Any help of advice would be much appreciated, so hard seeing my mum in so much pain 😢😢thank you

My MIL has fibro and uses CBD oil and cream. She gets it from Holland and Barrett and says it help her, definitely worth a try.

Hand hold OP Flowers sorry your mum is having a rough time. I have tried CBD oil (I have MS). CBD oil gave me a headaches. What other alternatives has your mum tried? I have found yoga helpful for pain and mindfulness. I attend a yoga group for the less able been a huge benefit for me. I hope your mum is feeling better soon.
