Hi all! I thought I would ask around to see if anyone experienced severe incontinence after their first childbirth? I did, and am thankfully, sooo much better (after six months) however, not perfect yet...am relentlessly doing the pelvic floor exercises and they have paid off so far. Thank God. My question is..has anyone experienced incontinence and did this affect your ability to carry a second baby/pregnancy successfully? I am feeling stronger down there and like my muscles are getting back to where they were, but, am slightly worried they may not be the same/strong enough like they were. Does this make your body too weak to carry the weight of a future pregnancy? Thank you in advance :) Positive stores please!!!!
