hmmm tiny spots dont sound like chicken pox or anything, i would say maybe just another viral rash, take him the docs in the morning if ur worried, what colour are the spots?

sounds simplistic, but could it be heat rash? Ds gets it & it looks like little raised red spots & feels 'rough'
