Put some milk in a bottle warmed it and gave it to her. It definately wasn't curdled when I gave it to her.

She drank a couple of oz and then gave it to me. I put it on the side and have just looked and seen that it is curdled....and I mean really curdled.

Food poisoning guranteed? Anything I can do?

Feeling very very and and again.

did it curdle in the microwave?
isn't drinking curdled milk and bit yucky rather than guaranteed to make you ill?

SlightlyMadShockwave · 30/08/2007 20:36

It didn;t appear curdled when I mixed it as it came out of microwave.

Maybe I was just too eager to mn and didn't notice .

No if definately wasn't curdled. I would have noticed

Don't worry about it, it's unlikely to cause any problems. In my completely disorganised useless parent state I have given dd curdled milk several times and not noticed until shes finished drinking and handed it back to me. So bad effects so far ....

MrsBadger · 30/08/2007 20:40

won't hurt her at all
no risk of food poisoning
tis just on its way to yoghurt

loonychick · 30/08/2007 20:41

I wouldn't worry too much .. if it's really awful she'll throw up and you'll be the one clearing it all up. Her body will get rid of it before she'll get food poisoning or anything if it was that bad.

Well they do make cheese out of curdled milk don't they?

[hopeful]

Think of it as cheese...or soured cream . I bet she'll be fine, and I'm sure she'll eat/drink far worse in the course of the next couple of years
