A few nights ago in bed I picked off what felt like a very small scab on my chest. I say it felt like a scab because it felt scabby I suppose (crusty/dried ish). I realised the next day that it was in fact a small mole that had always been flat, smooth and felt nothing like a scab. The scab is now back.
Doctors? Or is it scabby because I’ve picked at it?
