CT results

I had an urgent CT scan 2 weeks ago,has anyone any idea how long it takes to get results?It has been 2weeks.The consultants secretary is on holiday so no help there.
I'm telling my self I would have had a call if it was dire news although I know that whatever it is surgery is inevitable.

I had mine within a week when I was told 2 weeks, so panick station but as it happens nothing sinister. Can you contact the hospital? They should be able to advise.

Glad you are ok Oldmum,I will pester the hospital I think.I hate the waiting and not knowing.

And I had to see the GP to discuss, you think they would tell you something over the phone, even if you still would have to have a chat with the doctor. Would your GP know anything?

I don't know if my GP knows,I've only just had the a copy of the assessment of my initial hospital appointment.
I'll try the secretary,gp and x-ray dept in that order.I have a day off tomorrow so plenty of time.
I'm normally calm person but I'm waking a lot during the night thinking about it so a bit more worried than I let on even to myself.
