Could be the start of psoriasis lesions but have you looked at ringworm?

Omg now I'm freaking out just been looking at photos on google and they actually look like ring worm 😭

Don’t worry! It’s not a worm, it’s a fungal infection of the skin. You need to go to the doctor for antibiotics to get rid of it.

Actually, just looked it up on nhs website and it says you need antifungal ointment from the pharmacist.

Agree with ringworm being likely and pharmacist can give you anti fungal cream .
