Leg pain - is it worth getting checked out?

I have fibromyalgia so my joints aren't great, but since last week I've had a really nasty bug. Cold, fatigue, the lot. I'd been ill before Christmas - I think I posted in here thinking it was norovirus, but it wasn't - and I'd been for a walk which normally doesn't tire me, but left me exhausted. I did the same walk on New Years' Day and by the end of it, my legs were in agony. I've had a couple of night sweats recently as well and basically everything from the waist down hurts. Especially my legs. Not just my joints, it feels like my bones hurt and when I walk, even if it's a short distance to the shops, it's quite painful and sometimes I have to stop. I also feel a bit unstable on my legs. Apparently this is a normal thing for flu but it's been going on for at least a week, if not longer.

Also, I know I'm being super paranoid but my left armpit is slightly swollen - not sore but I noticed it when I looked in the mirror. No idea if the two are connected. Should I wait another week or so to see if things clear up?
