I want to know that 4 years back I had some NHS dental work done from "A" NHS dentist, now I have registered myself to "B" NHS dentist. I want to know will dentist A share my dental history with dentist B? Do they need my consent or not?

No, there is no central registry for dental records as there is for GP records, so there is no system for individual dental surgeons to exchange patient records.
