I've had pain in my gum around one tooth for a few days, not particularly bad pain but a constant ache. I haven't been able to see a dentist because of Christmas closures but have got an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. The pain is horrible tonight and is hurting along 2 more teeth next to the 1 that was originally hurting. I've taken painkillers that haven't even touched the pain. Please help!
