Anyone else had this awful cough?
Started xmas eve, dry nose, then blocked nose on xmas day & then dry unproductive cough Sad

All I do is cough and with no relief ( phlegm etc Wink)

My poor pelvic floor.....

Currently on day six & husband going away in a couple of days for work 😫

Will it go?

Any advise to speed in on its way?

Not sure how to get rid of it but solpadeine will give you some relief

Chest infection here over christmas. 2 lots of steroids. One lot of (pointless) antibiotics as was probably viral. Started 9th Dec and only now clearing.

I sympathise with the poor pelvic floor!

I use this, it helps with the dry cough. I between I use sucrose and glycerin cough mixture as it's non medicated. Soothers help a little too. I'm on to week 3 I think... I've lost count. Get well soon.
