Any ideas what these are?

I seem to be getting more and more of these little marks across my stomach, chest and arms. They don't hurt so I don't think it's worth bothering the doctor but has anyone got idea what they are from?

I have had these for years and they've increased with age. One gp told me that they are petechiae and nothing to worry about. However if you look it up the advice is varied and I'm not a doctor. I'm going to keep an eye on this thread myself to see what others have to say.

I have loads of these and have increased with age. GP said they are just burst capillaries under the skin
