Wondering if someone can save me a trip to the GP, anyone know what this is? Is doesn't hurt or itch. Just got a lot worse over the last few days but been there a couple of months.

I have palmar erythema is that's relevant 🤷‍♀️

Could be pomphylax eczema? Are they little blisters?

ItsClemFandangoCanYouHearMe · 30/12/2019 10:57

@SpudsAreLife84 they are! Tiny little ones.

I have this too, it often causes me no problem at all but last year it spread and was really sore and itchy so used a steroid cream to sort it out. If it gets worse see a pharmacist and they will help Smile

Perfect. Saves me a trip, thank you!

Yep. Pomphloid or however you spell it.

It's also called dischorric dermatitis. (Again spelling is dire!).

Best treatment is ceririzine antihistamines as is a reaction. I also find Dead Sea salt soak helps.

Unfortunately steroid cream does very little and it itches like mad!

One year my flare up was awful. I just had to ride it out

Ah! @itsgettingweird my son has a lot of allergies so I'm swimming in Citirizine!

That reaction looks a awful! I'll give it a soak and I have the salts too. Thank you!
