Does anyone know the difference between the stomach flu & sickness, diarrhoea bug & norovirus?

There's no such thing as stomach flu, I believe the term is used in the states to refer to gastric bugs.

Norovirus is a group of viruses that cause gastroenteritis, very common especially at this time of year.

There are many different strains of viruses that cause sickness and diarrhoea.
