Had medichecks B12 check. It came back at 66.6 pmol/L. I have no idea if this is ok as its a different measurement from other guidelines. Can anyone help?!

It’s easily Google-able. Medichecks also appear to provide interpretation of their results.

Medichecks test active B12. NHS tests serum B12. Remind me of the Medichecks range?

Worriedbell10 · 27/12/2019 08:06

It's 37.5 to 187.5 on medichecks

If medichecks were concerned they would let you know. If they felt you could do with supplement or if it was borderline low or high they’d also inform. If you’re concerned feel free to give them a call they’ll talk you through everything.

Bottom half of the range OP, so too low.
