What could this mark on breast be? Pic included

I've had this red mark on my breast about 2cm to the side of my nipple. It's been there for a week. It is flat, non painless, not itchy, not hot. Perfectly round. A little bit bigger than a 5p coin. I've just got over a bad virus and now am coming down with a mild cold but no other symptoms, marks or rashes (yet!).

I had the same last week and GO said ringworm. Do you have any pets, recent contact with animals?

Hi, I realize this is from several years ago. How did that red mark progress? I had one and it is fading away, but there is still something there. Di you ever find out what it was?
