Rash on back of hand

Anyone know what this might be?

It's appeared and spread over the course of a week, mainly on one hand but a few dots on the other hand and a few small patches on my torso.

It's very slightly raised, but not much, with scaly skin. Not itchy at all.

@Littlemiss82 I used to get similar wearing vinyl gloves at work, pharmacist thought contact dermatitis and gave my hydrocortisone cream which helped. Switched to nitrile gloves too!
