I was bloated for about a week - DH kept telling me I looked pregnant.

I had mine out 9 year's ago and it was about day 13 that I felt more normal.

2 weeks here and took me 6 weeks to get my energy back.

For me, drinking peppermint tea helped - I think you can also get tablets.
