My knee squeaks when it bends!

And it don't half bloody hurt! The pain in my knee when I walk/bend is horrendous.

I'm 23, surely shouldn't be having these issues

Hiya lovely! I have the same problem and I'm twenty five, twenty six on Wednesday. I have six kids, so maybe the stress of the pregnancies have knackered my knees in, but I also did a lot of sports when I was younger like gymnastics and dancing so they would've definitely done a run on my knees. Bad knees run in the family and it'll develop into arthritis for me, but maybe you should go and speak to the pharmacy and see if they can give you anything to help? I know taking cod liver oil helps but since my last pregnancy, I've done a 180 on it and the smell sends my stomach reeling across the room so I've gave up and I use heating pads on them every night to ease the swelling. They are usually worst around the winter seasons, so hopefully they'll perk up a bit for you in summer.

Try glucosamine with condrition and msm. Works wonders for a few people I know.
