Dp will make an appointment to see someone hopefully next week (dentist or doctor?!) but any ideas what this could be?

Has he got a rash on hands, feet, legs or buttocks as well? Wondering if it could be hand foot and mouth....

Panpastels · 21/12/2019 18:48

No rash anywhere else...

Has he got a sore throat?

Petechia on the roof of the mouth can be caused by strep throat.

AnniePankettonne · 21/12/2019 19:57

AnginaBullosa Haemorrhagica

No need for emergency appointment.

AnniePankettonne · 21/12/2019 20:00

However, do get checked if other symptoms.

Panpastels · 21/12/2019 21:25

No sore throat. Ok thanks all

How longs it been there? Is it causing him any symptoms? It looks like he's traumatised his palate in some way

Honestly gps know nothing about mouths, you'd be better going to the dentist. But only if it's been there a while.

It could be angina bullosa heamorrhagica, that's basically just blood blisters in your mouth, it could just be trauma.

I really wouldn't worry about it.
