Anyone?

GP.thinks this is what I have. I need to take massive doses of steroids over the weekend and then see a consultant on Monday morning, I'm terrified.

Anyone?

My mum was diagnosed with this at 79. Same as you large dose of steroids. Can't remember how long she took them for but it was quite a while. Then weaned off them. She is 88 now and very fit for her age.

Hope that helps a bit :)
