over the years I have had a hunch that when I was constipated I got a niggle in my right iliac crest. recently I have become very constipated due to perimenopause. I also got iliac crest pain to the extent I was limping, I worried I was starting with osteoarthritis. I have been examined by two physics and gp who tell me they can find no abnormalities. it always happens when I am very constipated and when I take laxatives and have my bowels open properly the pain goes. has anyone else had this?
