I need advice please

Hi I'm all new to this I'll give you little but my background I have a 10 year old son I recently in May this year had ectopic with twins I opted for the injection rather than removal of my tubes in November I currently lost my dad who I nursed to his passing from terminal cancer, reason I'm mention this is not for sympathy but maybe stress?.
Ok so fast forward to 3 days ago I had brown spotting on my underwear till yesterday I had pink very light blood when I wiped had occasional pink/red stringy small clots last night had a shower and then no blood at all just really sharp cramping round my admonan and lower back today I have again light blood no cramps but the whole week due to this I have been dizzy heavy sore boobs and sick feeling and banging headaches please I'm so confused and no tests are always negative.

Thank just update I do think maybe it's a period although it's very light no cramps sounds strange can't feel my nipples and heavy boobs still have headaches and still get dizzy

You have been through a lot. I’m sorry about your fathers death. Your ectopic pregnancy must have been heartbreaking too.

If your cycle has been normal since May and if your period has not started properly it might be worth doing a pregnancy test.

I have done tests but I think I have baby brain (Desperately wanting a baby) so I see a faint line but my partner can only se one I'm 36 ill be 37 in January so time is of the essence for me my periods just seem weird I honestly think I'm just wanting it so bad I'm believing anything, but I do appreciate your reply x

My daughter is now ten but I had lots of your symptoms including cramping and spotting the day I did the pregnancy. The line was faint but was there. If you can bear it I would wait a couple of days and then do a clear blue digital. Sending you lots and lots of luck! Xx

Hi another update I did a clear blue came back pregnant was taken hospital as I had really bad cramps and back ache still no bleeding they did blood test and pregnancy tests said was negative so I was told will get a call about getting a scan came home waited till the next day did a test with asda double pack again came back with faint positive so confusing but this morning did one at 8am came back negative still no bleeding but very bloated back ache headache dizzy and nauseous but not been sick extremely tired has anyone had these issues before and turned out pregnant
